We aim to treat all our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way. We take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients.
In any case of actual or threatened use of violence, the person(s) involved will be asked to leave the premises. Patients threatening or using violence will not be seen by our clinicians and NHS Norfolk may make special arrangements for their future health care.
