How to get the best out of speaking to Andi
- Speak clearly and in short sentences. Make sure you’re somewhere quiet so he can pick out your voice easily.
- Andi will repeat what he has understood back to you; he does not have access to your medical records so please correct him if something isn’t right.
- Only speak to Andi if you are a registered patient or speaking on behalf of a registered patient. If you are not registered, you need to speak to a receptionist
- Stay on the line until Andi says the request has been submitted, otherwise the request won’t reach us.
- If you need an interpreter, you may benefit from speaking to instead of reception. Andi Speaks 47 different languages. Start speaking to him in your language – if this is one he understands, he will let you know and continue the call in that language.
When to still speak to a Call Handler
- You have submitted an Anima request, and your condition has worsened.
