Repeat prescriptions will only be issued for items that your doctor wishes you to take or have regularly. Repeat prescriptions will be ready for collection within 2 working days (excluding weekends). Requests made on a Friday will be ready for collection on the following Tuesday.

Please remember to order your prescription in good time so that you do not run out.

If you have nominated a pharmacy your repeat prescription will be sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy.

Ways of ordering

You can order your repeat prescriptions by:

• Completing our online Repeat Prescription Request form.
• Online – If you are registered with SystmOnline you can request your repeat prescription using our online services.  The system requires your username and password. If you are not registered with SystmOnline and wish to do so, please complete our Register for Online Services form.
• At the surgery – You can bring the printed slip attached to your prescription to the surgery. Please ensure you clearly mark the items you require.
• By Post – Post the printed slip attached to your prescription to the surgery for the attention of the prescription team.
• Your local pharmacy – Many pharmacies operate a collection and delivery service. Please Register for the Electronic Prescription Service.
